The President of JSTA (judiciary chairperson, as per ATF rules) will make the final call on the make up of judiciary members, in case of a conflict of interest. The decision handed down by judiciary is final and no appeals will be entered into. If there is a suspension applied to a player/official it affects only JSTA.
